In 2001 our founder, James Smith ventured in the online world by creating his first website. Since then, he has worked with many companies, from small boutique shops to Fortune 1000 clients creating marketing campaigns and optimizing their current ones.
Although driving and delivering successful marketing campaigns and initiatives proved to be a success, James saw a need to increase his clients’ ROI that moved beyond just traditional online marketing strategies. He embraced the challenge head-on.
In 2016, James began development of tracking software that could tell him which companies were on his website but didn't fill out a contact form. He figured, if he could at least gain an understanding of who was "window shopping", he could reach out to them to close more business that wouldn't have existed before.
Fast forward to today, WebTracksID is proud to service consultants and marketing agencies, some of whom made the Inc. 500 fastest growing company list!
